Description of part
The anterior part of the anterior hypothalamic nucleus of Saper et. (1978) corresponds to the lateral anterior hypothalamic nucleus of Bleier et al. (1979). Our anterior part of the anterior hypothalamic nucleus is immediate ly dorsal to the lateral anterior hypothalamic nucleus and ventral to the bed nucleus of the stria terminalis (Figs 34-36).
