Collator argument

The hierarchy was constructed and adapted according to the information found in the Rat Brain Atlas, Swanson 1998. We have considered three types of brain structures: grisea (neural masses), fiber tracts, and ventricles. The hierarchical tree was constructed by taking into account two criteria: the set of classes and subclasses of the basic cell groups and fiber systems of the rat CNS and the topological positions of structures relative to superstructures.
